Through this program Med Team will allow you to work our employee for a period of time so that you can see how they work before you hire them onto your staff. At any point through this program Med Team will replace the employee allowing the hours to continue to build until the accumulated hours equate to a zero dollar buyout.

Permanent Placement for Hourly Staff
